New Mexican vacation

I recently returned from 10 days in New Mexico with my family. We had a superb time and hooked up with some great people from MTBR. I posted a few photos there at http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=186369

Nice. Been down there for work but never got to do any riding. Done some serious eating though - northern NM is one of my favorite areas to chow myself into a stupor.

Yeah, the Mex food is outstanding. Although one night I went to an "authentic" place and found chicken legs (complete with claws) in my enchiladas. And no chicken meat, just the twig-like legs. My family was freaked out, but I ate most of it anyway.

sweet trip rob...did you drive out there in the RV?

i would love to get back to NM and Santa Fe in particular. great town, awesome food, and the winsor trail rules.

Hi Tim - No, we rented the RV in Albuquerque, then drove around. There's some excellent riding right around Abq also.

We really dug SF and Los Alamos. Didn't make it to Taos, but hear it's also great.
