This excellent mountain bike was purchased in 1999, never has seen the dirt trails - I bought the bike and then bought a house, the house took all my time - I would love to trade the bike for a nice hybrid,
Great bike offered for sale or trade. Would like to get into a street hybrid, in same condition. This bike was purchased by me in Essex Ct. I never got a chance to take the bike out on the trails, it has been riden, about 30 miles in total! My work took me away from riding. I put rockshocks on the front, every thing else is stock from Marin.
Asking $275 , you will love this bike if you love trail riding. The bike feels peppy and ready to go!
I am in western ma, williamsburg area. Please contact me to take a test drive. Thanks, you won't be sorry.
Here are the details:
Marin Bear Valley SE
Frame - Steel 18" compact, double butted, 31.5" stand over height, rear rack and double water bottle braze-ons.
Marin Rock Star Cro-mo front fork
Marin Battleship Gray paint
Marin aluminum straight handlebar, cut down to 18 1/4 inches, bar ends added
Marin aluminum stem
Marin headset
