Splat and I will be riding the Blackstone Canal / Plumbers Crack trails starting at Tri-River at 7:00pm - Thursday March 2nd. All are welcome to join us. Were meeting and starting out in front of Tri-River Health on Hartford Ave. It's just across the river & dam on the left when coming from Mendon / Milford direction - just before the bridge & dam on the right when coming from Uxbridge.

We will do our usual loop, minus the tow path section where the bridge was washed away. Up and across Goat Hill, down to Ribbon candy, and then across 122 and back to Tri-River. Probably be a total of 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

We will still be riding if it only snows a couple of inches. Mount up the studs. 8)

While I enjoy riding with you guys, I think I have to draw the line at riding in a Plumber's Crack, especially in these temps. I'll just be trying to kill myself at the spin class tonight.

Mass Pike? Take it to 495 south, get off at the Rt. 85 exit. Take a right at the bottom of the off-ramp, and follow Rte 85 until it ends. Take a right onto Rte. 16, going through Milford, and Hopedale, and out towards Mendon. In Mendon, you will see a restaurant on your right called the New England Steak and Seafood. Just past this, take a right onto Hartford Ave. Stay on Hartford for a few miles (not sure exactly how many) going out past the West Hill dam entrance. Shortly after this, you will go across a long, but narrow dam / bridge over the Blackstone river. Park on the right, just on the other side.

You should be able to use the map in the first post once you get to Mendon for a reference.

Spin class? You should come out and play in the snow - it will be much more fun. 8)

Steve, I've only been there once but isn't parking on the left from that direction?

You can park on both sides, but you are correct - we usually park on the left. :-[
