Ride route near Wilmot, NH?

Can anyone point me to a long, technical ride route near Wilmot NH? My triathlon team has a training weekend in mid May up there. It is near Ragged mountain and Lake Sunapee, about 30 minutes west of Concord. Also close to the lower part of route 89. With many now doing xterra offroad tri's, I'm looking to add an epic mtb ride to the schedule. I've checked mbtr trail reviews and searched the nemba NH ride board, but no luck. Something like Harold Parker SF or Kingdom Trails would be ideal.

Any tips appreciated!

Yo....Web Woods in Sunapee nh... its off of 103 A take a right onto Stagecoach rd. then you go onto the next right and the trails will be on your left...
