Nam conditions

Does anybody know how the conditions are at Nam with this thaw we are having. Will it be muddy this weekend after the rain tonoight? Don't want to trash the trails. Also where is the best legal place to park for easy access?

Park behind Wendy's on 85, West side of 495.

Conditions - according to someone on bustedspoke: "not much (snow) left and probably none after the amount of rain we are supposed to get this Saturday. i want to ride Sunday morning. although, it will be cold on Sunday, highs in the 20's. hopefully, the ground freezes up Saturday night and into Sunday."
