we decided to make a road trip down to the cape and teh trails at Otis. there was no snow down there. there were 7 of us , it was a good group.
we all met up and DR is telling us how some one threw up on his bike rack and it wasn't him , yeah Right.

JUst before this pic , IF_rider tried to nose wheelie down this , butthe boards where slick and he came down hard on his wrist ( 4 th )

I wish I knew you guys were riding there as I rode Otis 2X this long weekend and would have jumped at a chance to join a group.

That hop over the rock is awesome - great move, and perfect pic.

I had discomfort in my shoulder for the rest of the ride, and when I got home, my shoulder felt better. My trainer said that I was going to have a bruise, but since I usually don't bruise, I don't think there will be visible evidence.

This morning, it feels pretty good.

Thanks for a great ride, definately worth the trip.

My brother and I also rode at Otis monday...from around 9am-11am. Had a blast! Love that teeter totter although I did crash pretty hard off of it on my first attempt.....nailed it on the 2nd try tho.....

nice pics. i ride there frequently, just a short pedal from home.
otis is full of out of town people in the winter/early spring (no snow) but pretty empty in the summer/fall. in the fall it's wierd if i see someone there i dont recognize.

be careful on the teeter. the pin slids out a little every time someone crosses it and eventually falls out. i never ride it anymore because i dont like stopping to check the pin first.

the bridges are very sketchy. i had one break and got much bigger bruises than you show, so I now avoid them.

but the rocks are great, as you know. you show pics of 'The Graveyard' which is the very rocky trail. i still have never cleaned the whole thing, but have seen others do it. mostly teenagers on bmx bikes.

i will ride this weekend, and no riding buddies around so post something if you want to ride. there are TONs of trails there...

JH, I might be up for a XC type ride this weekend and I've never ridden Otis before. If you do ride would you be willing to guide? Let me know when/where and if you've got some directions they'd be helpfull.
