Awesome sking conditions this morning at BB. We left at 8:00 and headed up salt lick to where it meets Podunk rd. Then crossed the road and headed up little bear to hayes field. We then broke trail on Carr Ridge all the way to Cascade and then down the stairs (on skiis!). We returned by One Mile trail to Hayes Farm Trail to Podunk. Back by 10:30 and didn't even see one snowmobile ( probably still sleeping off last nights alcohol).

How was the cover? Rock ski conditions or no core shots at all? I was thinking it was still a little early to head into Leominster until the base firms up a bit. Going to Windblown tomorrow after work to check out the conditions there. Not that I can do much right now anyways -- two strait days of tele turns in powder -- I can barely walk. ;D

Cover was good except for a few of the larger rocks. We got a foot of snow, although who knows how long it will last.
