Went over last night after I got home from work hoping to get a quick night ride in. I forgot my swim trunks and floats so that wasn't happening. Water's pretty high on the east side of the river and the trails are under, I don't think there's going to be any more riding over there till the spring, but I'll keep my eyes on it. I didn't get over to check out the west side, or the north end of the park, but those are all on my to-do list.

Head on up to the high ground: Douglas State Forest. Lots of good trails that are hardly used by anybody. It's apparently also has a very sandy base layer that drains well.

I was actually thinking about hitting that up this weekend if I can find the time. Anybody else up for a ride? Sunday afternoon maybe?

How was it? I was out of town this weekend, and didn't ride. I may head over to Douglas SF after work Monday.
