Reminder: FOMBA Trail Maintence, is Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 8:00 A.M.
We'll be meeting and parking up the street from the boardyard this time. Park on the left, where the Rock Trail crosses Depot Road. The work site is short walk from the gate.
The extended weather forecast is for some dryer conditions for the upcoming weekend. Hopefully this holds true. The plan is to work on a short reroute of the Foxtail Trail, this should be a quick and easy project and shouldn't take much more than a couple of hours, tops. So bring your bike and lets plan to ride after the work is complete. I'm anxious for my bike to return from Moab so I can get out for a ride and try out the Boulder loop.
At a past FOMBA General Meeting, I was reminded that in order to participate
in FOMBA Trail work, you must be a member. If your not currently a member and would
like to participate, you can join the morning of the scheduled work day, just make
sure you bring a completed membership form and the fee. You can get the form at http://www.fomba.com
Remember that riding at FOMBA is always free. Your membership is a great way to say "Thank You" for these great trails and all the hard work done by our trail crew the Reservoir Dogs.
