Visit us over towards Sheep Rock (rocky area south of the pk lot), Kirk and I will be putting in a new boardwalk in place of the logs there.
Gotta get back to riding with you guys, looks like soon there will be only the weekends left. Get the weekday riding in while you can.

"Unless by Sheep Rock Bob means Indian Playground"

I don't think the Native Americans would appreciate you referring to their "sacred" site as a playground. You wouldn't want the natives to get restless would you?

Sheep Rock is that really big erratic with a date carved into it. If you're at the regular playground area, take the main doubletrack/fireroad heading towards Varnum Ave and you'll see it on your right maybe 1/2 mile or so; it's in an area where there are a bunch of other good sized rocks, but none really good for playing on. Huge rock, can't miss it.

Legend has it that it got its name from a farmer who got stuck in a snowstorm and sought shelter under the overhang of the rock with some sheep. The rest is up to your imagination. Baaaa Baaaa
