Foxboro/Rayburn Conditions?

Has anyone ridden either Foxborough or Rayburn recently?

I rode Rayburn last night, very good conditions, I only came across 1 spot that I choose to walk around... but my ride was cut short when my light died on me, but I did get to ride most of it.
