I think there are certain contributors slider/trailbait who are likely biding their time for what they feel are the inevitable dropping of te other feet with both the Rove/Plame case and the Delay indictments that have yet to materialize in a substantive outcome.

Poor lefties just can't seem to get completion to all of their dreams these days.

Funny, but I feel less compelled to post now that the real world seems to be closing in on the Treasonator and his henchmen. We got indictments pending for Rove and, possibly, others in the VP's office, we have an investigation of both Republican majoroty leaders, with DeLay getting an actual indictment. We have 2/3 of the country flatly saying Bush sucks, and several obvious instances of outright mismangement by the current administration.

I don't feel so compelled to point out that Bush is an evil, incompetent tyrant wannabee, since the rest of the country seems to be catching up to what I've been saying for so many months.

Understood. I feel the same way to the degree that I've been vocal about them.

But "I told you so" really sucks at this level. I'm actually more depressed about the situation now that the country's seemingly coming to its senses. Why did it take so long and so many deaths for a majority to see what I could see all along? I'm no Mensa member for chrissakes!

But Slider...Please keep the updates coming. Gloat if you like, or wring your hands, but find some reason to keep posting. You're a better news source than TV/radio/paper.

Even after the Treasonator is impeached, I'll find something to rant about. Just today, I read a Globe headline that said Romney was warning of the danger of a theocracy. So I'm thinking "About time he distanced himself from those neo-con *******s." Turns out he was talking about non-specific Islamic terrorists, and not the Christian Right's attempt to subvert the Constitution.

sorry to disappoint. I've been out west the past week on vacation.... if you can call in-law wedding related stuff a vacation. I havent' seen any real news in a week, although what little I did see was all about the floods around here....
