I have seen fewer and fewer people attending NEMBA trail maintenance days the past few years. Trails are needing more and more maintenance due to the recent wet conditions, strong winds, and more trail useage.
How do other chapters/groups advertrise or spread the word about their local trail maintenance days and how successful are those days?
I'd like to find out what the makeup of the 'work crews' are, ie 100% MTB, or 25 % equestrian, 50 % MTB, and 25% hikers, or whatever.
And, how successful have you been getting people to return for other maintenance days.
