How bad did that speech suck last night. It looked like it was read off a teleprompter, and it was, but did it have to look so obvious. So what I remember is the government will be there to make everything right. We will spare no expense. Billions will roll off the presses. Who's gonna pay for this all I thought as I sat there.

GW looked like he was almost hyperventilating as he was trying to get throught it. I couldn't help but notice how far he has dropped in his ability to just come across as a regular guy. Way too scripted these days. Looks in over his head.

I saw a piece a few days ago of a displaced New Orleans resident in a new trailer complaining that she didn't have a car. had to walk two miles to Wal-Mart, and had no phone and air-conditioning. I couldn't help but wonder, did you have all that stuff last month? Step back. The feeding frenzy is about to begin.

Halliburton is at the head of that line. Why else would George be so free with our money? More feathers for his and Cheney's beds.

I don't watch his speeches. What's the point? I'll listen to his speech when the trial starts.

Now the republicans have 2 excuses for their complete lack of budget management comprehension: 9/11 and Katrina.

Things only continue to get worse for El Presidento as half of his allied Republicans in Congress are questioning where he is going to find the oodles of $$ for this grand scheme. Some are even worried about how the budget is ever going to be balanced at this rate. ::) As if this administration even knows what that is.

Of course, those same Republicans are probably ok with the zillions that have been wasted in a wasteful war.

George better be careful, or we won't have enough money to deal with this nutjob:
