A Vietnam trail care day is scheduled for Saturday, October 1st. The day will be spent continuing the work on the transitions, berms, and bench cutting of the new trail. This is the new loop trail that starts near the top of the cell tower access trail.

Work is expected to go from 9:30am until 3:00pm, or sooner if we wrap up early. Parking for the event has yet to be determined. Please monitor here or contact Nemba.vlmc@gmail.com for updates. Lunch will be provided. A shuttle will run from 9:30am to 10:00am from parking area to the work area. It is recommended to wear work clothes, gloves, eye protection, and boots. The Greater Boston NEMBA trailer will be available for tools, but feel free to bring personal rakes, mattocks, mcleods, pulaskis, and/or pry bars.

I'll be there bright and early. I'll be bringing my bike, incase I have energy after all the manual labor...

How does this shuttle work? Will it just take people in at the morning, and then back out again at 3ish? Or will it be running all day?
