The 2005 Point to Point & Community Ride to benefit the Vermont Food bank
August 13th
The 4th Annual Harpoon Point to Point is a series of bicycle rides (120 miles, 50 miles, 10 miles) across the state of Vermont that to benefit the Vermont Foodbank that will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2005. A collaborative effort by the Vermont Foodbank, the Harpoon Brewery and The Point Radio Network, this ride was established to raise awareness and funds for the Vermont Foodbank and its efforts to end hunger in Vermont.
In connection with the Point to Point, there will be a 10-mile Community Ride through Burlington and along the shore of Lake Champlain to raise money and awareness for the Vermont Foodbank.
A celebration will follow for all riders in Burlington's Battery Park including Harpoon Beer and Harpoon Draft Sodas
