So, I was listening to Limbaugh's sit-in host today, Roger something.
He said this:
The Space Shuttle tiles used to be freon based. The EPA (the liberal organization) forced NASA to replace those with different tiles because the freon ones hurt the environment.
The tiles fell off, dooming the shuttle, killing the astronauts. Therefore Liberals and Clinton (who was in office when the tiles were changed) are responsible for the deaths of the shuttle astronauts.
He actually said this.
The Right wing never ceases to amaze me.

One thing is for certain at least. Bush is responsible for the 20 marines killed in the last 3 days.

Actually it's Iran that is responsible for that.

Right! Iran! That explains why Marines are getting killed for liberating a country that welcomed us with open arms since we gave them the democracy they've always wanted and confiscated those millions of tons of anthrax and sarin and nukes to help make the world a safer place!

Many did welcome us with open arms. Many more were afraid to show their enthusiasm coming from a society where such displays were likely to get you dead!
You think the Shite majority, that were living under the oppressive rule of the minority Sunni's, aren't feeling a little liberated these days?
You think the Kurds in the North aren't feeling a little more optimistic about their future than back in the days when Sadam was gassing them?
In a population of what 25 million, where only talking about several thousand hard core militants / terrorists, some from other countries, that is out to destablize Iraq. That is the bottom line right now.
Bush could and should be doing a hell of a better job at this right now but looking over your shoulder while trying to fight a politicaly correct war is only going to get more Americans killed. We seem to be reacting to what the enemy brings to us instead of taking a more pro active stance.

Ah, yes. That overwhelming silent majority that wanted the US to invade. Ever read any Iraqi blogs?

I think the only liberation the Sunni's, Shiites, and Kurds are looking for is liberation from each other.
And I love this "politically correct" war. Like the only reason things are going bad is because of the liberals here in the US.
Blame your own president who hastily sent us over there with no plan, not enough troops, not enough equipment, no exit strategy. But hey, at least they have Halliburton!

This is what these blind supporters have sunk to, trying to justify a failed operation by somehow showing us that Iraqi's are happy. The ultimate irony in all of this is that three years ago would you have asked any of these Bush rumpswabs what they thought about Iraqi sentiment concerning the impending invasion and to a man they would all utter exactly how I feel right now: "I could give a **** what the Iraqi's think."
