We (Lynn Woods Maintenance Volunteers) were able to complete 100% of our fourth trail maintenance project. This work was completed (see pictures below) on a section of trail leading from the fire road (Ox pasture Road) to the Water Tower on Bow Ridge.

All the volunteers worked hard today to complete the construction of elevated rock/stone boardwalk to bridge a section of trail that eroded over the past years. Both the entrance and exit of this section has been marked to maintain the current trail line.

Many riders did not like this section of the trail because of the difficulty to maneuver through and around the large rocks. The elevated boardwalk resolves this problem and allows for water to drain from the trail without further destroying the trail.

I want to extend my personal thanks to each individual (listed below) that helped complete this project. I look forward to see everyone again in future trail builds and/or maintenance projects.

Hey diesel
Thanks for the effort and time you have put into the trails at Lynn. I have about 4 maintenence days in at various riding areas this year myself. If everyone who rides could volunteer just once/twice a year we could have an even better riding system in the area.

Again thanks and keep up the good work
Ron
