Any help is appreciated. Ima take the wife out, her wish to actually use here new hollowpoint for the first time, or 2nd time. She's not experienced like me who rides all the time ::)
I rode on dirt about 8 months ago ;D
Anyhow, I was thinking about going to Barnstable, those trails, I forget the name of them. I'm looking for something with not too many hills, not that many rocks and singletrack. Does Otis/Barnstable fit that description? I've heard it is hilly, but more small rolling hills?
I just don't want her to have to walk the bike all day as her legs aren't in as good a shape as mine (the guy who rode 8 months ago) ;D
Any help is appreciated.

Knuck - Otis is almost rock-free, but there are some steep short climbs. You can avoid most of them if you check out a topo of the place, but expect to hike-a-bike at a few spots. Stay near the Hound and Hare trail, and the highway bail route is always nearby.
If you pick the right trails, Wompy would be a good choice. You could always bail to the paved bike paths if things get tough.

Barnstable aka "trail of tears" can be pretty strenuous, lots of up and down & no place to rest.
Callahan S.P. in Framingham
Great Brook S.P. in Carlisle
Both have maps you can follow and easy terrain available

Does Callahan have any single track or mostly fire roads?
I would prefer st, so I don't get bored and start complaining ;D

The ride I am doing in Arcadia sunday my wife did on her second ride. there are some technical spots but they are short and easy to walk. you would probably enjoy it more than she would but wife did not complain too much ;D

I brought here there once, she didn't mind it that much, except for the spagetti trails, which she hated. Of course the most fun part of the place IMO. I'm thinking of FOMBA in NH, someone on BS mentioned that place.

Mine Falls in Nashua is flat with a couple so called "single tracks". Good for non-bikers.
Watch for non-bikers.

I took my wife to Harold parker and she loved it. Mostly stayed to the rolling double track, plenty to chose from and no hiking if you stay on the main trails. My $.02.
