Hot and humid, but fun nonetheless...

I missed that ride. Maybe it was a good thing.

It probably comes in at 35 lbs or so, but Paul tosses that Maverick around like it weighed 10 pounds less. He regularly finishes the climbs ahead of me, riding a reasonably light rigid Dean, then rides down to say hello, and passes me on the way back up. He does weigh, maybe, 60 lbs less than me, but the climbs are still very impressive. He can even drop skinny little Jisch going up.

If we told you we'd have to kill you...

CT types know the place well. Begins with M, ends in X. Not many places end in X, so you should be able to track it down, but I'll make it easier and PM you.

The fast guy, Paul, is off travelling for the next few weeks. That means my more relaxed pace will be in effect, and Jisch and I have a lot more tolerance for a group of mixed ability. I haven't cleared this with him yet, but I am guessing he might be willing to try another invitation for non CTers to get a tour of some awesome CT ledge.

We tried this last year, and no one made it. Jisch - want to try again?

Absolutely. Lets set up a ride sometime in the next few weeks. We can make it a moderate pace with lots of technical stuff.

BTW - more pics of this particular ride here:

While this place is great riding, I'm not 100% sure I'd host the ride there, have to think about where might be the best place.
