What – Merrimack Valley NEMBA’s 2nd Trail Day of 2005
Part of the MERLIN / NEMBA trail care series.
Where – Lowell Dracut Tyngsboro State Forest
Park at the Trotting Park Road entrance off of Varnum Ave.
Lowell
When – Saturday June 4th
We’ll meet at 8:30 and we’ll be ready to hit the trails at
~8:45. Bring your favorite work gloves.
Why – We have a large trail project that will be broken up into 3
separate trail events over the next few months.
Depending on the turnout, we expect to cut a new spur trail and do some landscaping on an existing trail that will be covered. Saturday will be a busy day across the landscape with trail events happening in many parks. We need volunteers to show up. And for others that have sat on the sidelines, what better way to start the season than to donate a few hours for trails that you’ll be using for years.
Drop me an email at n.blanchette@comcast.net so I can get an accurate head count. Or for more information and directions for Merrimack Valley NEMBA visit http://mv-nemba.org
