I don't think it's fair. Especially since that cop in taunton didn't get any more than a slap on the wrist.

I think that those boys should sue her for statutory rape. Rape can go both ways, though you don't see girls being charged as often, if at all.

Actually, there was that teacher who got busted for having sex w/ and getting pregnant by her 14 year old student. She spent time in the slammer onlky to marry the kid (now 18 or something) when she got out recently. D'Oh!

I think the whole thing is crazy. High school aged kids date all the friggin time and saying a junior can't legally date a sophmore (or at least do other junk) is crazy. I always thought that it was under 16 -> over 18 that was the issue with there being a grandfather clause in the middle. Guess not.
