I'm planning on going to this. My do I need to sign a waiver, because my parents won't be there to sign if I do. What should I do If there is a waiver, can I print one out?

when i was at nembafest i didnt have an adult sign my waiver and i didnt have any problems so i dont think itll be a huge deal if your parents dont sign it.

If you're under 18, a waiver is no good without a parent's signature. I don't know if NEMBA will let you participate with out it, they probably shouldn't. I would send an email to pk@nemba.org and ask if he can email you a waiver so you can get it signed at home.
