Summer rental.

The guy I'm renting from this summer as told me that one of his places has become available for the whole summer. He's asking $1500 for the week,but I'm sure you could haggle him down a bit.
If you chose to contact him and rent ,please give him my name. He is gonna give me a little off my rental if get a few referrals..
Its in sailisbury Ma. The house is on the Ocean side.

but my point is that massachusetts realistate is through the roof right now. It's getting crazy. There's a house down the street from me that is on like 1/8 an acre of land, and is the size of a toolshed and is going for 300,000.

I guess I was thinking this would be more for family??? Downhill is great,but doesn't do my family any good. $1500 is about average for ocean front beach rental.. $1500 is alot of money no doubt about it. My kids love the beach so its worth it for me..
