Sorry for the short notice..
Advanced Intermediate ride at Harold Parker TODAY at 10:00am. I just start riding again so its more like an intermediate pace, however the loop we're going to do is relatively technical.
~2 hrs
- ideally no stops, but we can slow down to reform
- this isn't a cardio training ride, just a steady pace
Meet at the large parking lot just past the police barracks at 9:45am. Depending on the weather, I may head out again tomorrow at the same time.
