X-posting this here as well as the Buy and sell area, I hope that is okay with the administrators, but I'm in a bit of a situation and I could use help.
I need to move from my place in Avon into something smaller and less expensive in and around the Unionville/Farmington/Burlington, Connecticut area.
My finances are a lot tighter than they were about a month ago now that I am paying formal child support payments to my cheating soon to be ex wife - can't wait for May 16th to arrive!
So I'm looking for a decent one or two bedroom apartment to rent with a reasonable rent - say $700 or under if at all possible (I realize that may be really difficult but what the hell)
Maybe some of you CTNEMBA regulars have an aunt or uncle or something who has some rental property in this area west of the river.
If so let me know. My current lease ends in July.
