Looking to improve your mental game? Come to one of two FREE introductory workshops at the Arcadian Shop in Lenox, MA. The Mental Game: Achieving Peak Sport Performance, May 26th and June 8, from 5:30-6:30pm.

Sport psychology trainer Tiffany Wilding-White, M.S. will highlight key mental training topics, including visualization, positive thinking, confidence, motivation, and more. Learn how to improve physical performance through mental training. See real-life examples, hear stories of successful athletes, and receive a take-home tip sheet. The workshop on May 26th will preceed a group ride.
