we should get a big ss ride going here. there are a bunch of people on the board with an ss so we might as all get together for a big ride. plus that way we can have a ride where we dont have to follow people on geared bikes up huge hills. anyone interested?

Yep, I'm interested. PK and I got out last week for the 1st SS MTB ride of the season. Also did a road SS ride yesterday. One is all you need!

We've got a sweet loop that we do on the SS' once it dries out a bit. It does a big old 35 - 40 mile loop. Good junk.

Talking with one of the gentlemen who does quite a bit of work there, and they were thinking of opening it early.

However, due to THE FREAKIN" RAIN we have been graced with in southern NH, I'm guessing its gonna be mid-May at the earliest.

maybe toward the end of the season when im in good shape... i was thinking that maybe we could get a ride going this weekend or next weekend. i want to get a nice long ride in before the belltown classic. anyone know of a good place to ride a singlespeed?

We have some fun SS rides in Leominster State Forest.
If by some small miracle we miss the weather they're predicting, how about a Sat or Sun AM SS ride (whichever day looks better)?

I'm a recent convert looking for a group ride too...also was told leominster would be great place to go...sat or sunday the earlier the better is my vote.

I'm also a recent convert looking to get in on some rides. I thought Ft. Rock in Exeter was pretty good on a SS - no real huge hills, but lots of ups n downs. Anyone up for a ride later this week, say thursday or friday?

i'm going to try to beat the rain and ride saturday 5/14. i'm going to try to hit leominster at 8:30-9am, hitting the trails by 9 for a couple of hours. I've never been there though, so i don't know where to park or ride, but i'll be there unless it's raining hard. Blue durango, green 29er single.

I signed up to lead a SS ride for NEMBA on Monday, June 20th. I've never seen a SS specific ride listed, so I figured what the heck? Probably be at Ft. Rock since that's the closest place to me...and it's on a monday night. Good news is that's the second longest day of the year so we'll have plenty of light.

whose up for this coming saturday(28th) at fomba? it would be kind of cool to make a nice long trek so we can sample alot of the stuff in fomba. im thinking maybe around 9 or 10. anyone in?
