Come help make some improvements to the great trails at Harold Parker State Forest.
When: Saturday 4/23 8:30AM
Where: HPSF, Andover MA. 1st gravel lot on HP Rd. east of route 125. Coming in from the stoplights by the State Police barracks on 125, it’s the first big lot on the left. http://maps.google.com/maps?oi=map&q=Harold+Parker+Road,+Andover,+MA
What – Trail reroute and restoration of an eroded area. After work is
completed sometime around noon, lunch will be provided and a ride will
follow. You will need to be able to lock your bike up while working.
A Merlin/NEMBA Trail Care Series event with each participant receiving a chance
to win a bike in a raffle at the end of the season.
Bring - Gloves, eye protection, bug spray. Lots of tools provided, but you
have a favorite mattock, loppers, or shovel, please bring them.
Weather - Only a very heavy rain will cancel. Call if questionable.
