He was born in Chicago... moved here as a teenager.

The two times I've seen him speak, plus the interviews I've read/seen, he seems to talk about the state employees. He's made a lot of comments on Romney's poor handling of union contracts, especially at UMASS Amherst, and has made a few remarks on school teachers not getting treated like professionals by the state.

Excuse me for pointing ot the obvious. Impressive resume, no doubt. A rising star. But still a bleeding heart liberal, still a Democrat and a socialist. Massachusetts own version of Barack Obama.

Actually a black woman has a better chance of being elected president than a black man being elected governor of Massachusetts. Guilty hearted Massachusetts liberals want to help African Americans because they believe that that they are a group who needs their protection. However they certainly do not want to be lead by a black man.

On a side note, I don't know if Condi Rice can beat Hillary Clinton in 08, however she'll destroy her in all debates.

somebody should make a website like "find your spot", that helps you find a presidential candidate, even if he's not running. It asks you a bunch of questions about what kind of candidate you're looking for, then gives you some options.
Not to hijack the thread, but who would you like to see run for President? Myself, i have no idea. I'd have to think about it.....
Hmm, Jon Stewart? He can say that anyone who doesn't vote for him his an anti-semite!

Socially conservative, has the personality of a brick... who knows what he thinks of the economy.

I swear Romney's stance of Gay-marriage/abortion is more liberal than his. If he gets the nomination, I'm definitely voting Green/Libertarian.
