I rode the Trail of Teras today. I parked at the Race lane parking lot. The trails were in great shape. I saw no standing water on any of the trails I was on and only a very few, very short, squishy sections. I wouldn't even call it mudd. My bike was spotless at the end of the ride with the exception of dirty tires.
