What do people do on rainy days? I a bad and normally watch tv or go on the computer. I am lazy and hope to change that. :( I am also a little bit chubby ( very ashamed of that) But in the summer months i normally lose 20+ lbs. I need some ideas of how to get outside or exersize.. ( i hate gyms and the bike machines dont feel like your riding a bike). So i need some ideas! plus it would be funn to see what you all do! ;D

Yeah, it is pure slop and rain here too. I know the feeling of being chubby. I was more than a bit chubby until I was 14, then I lost 40 pounds in a summer without realizing it. Winter/Sloppy spring is a hard time to fit in any kind of workout. My suggestion is, when the weather gets better, do stuff with friends outside. Sledding, Soccer, messing around, whatever. I have gotten 5 hours of moderate workout that way sometimes, without really noticing it.

Two words: spin bike. Well, one more word: intervals.

And then 20 minutes on the upper body. I got a cool CrossBow Platinum. All pulleys and digital control. Press a button, get up to 340 lbs. It is the only way I would ever do upper body stuff; no spotter needed, all angles covered.

Lose that weight now. It gets a LOT harder when you get past 40 years old.
