I passed this around work, and one astute male observer (strict baptist) noted the guy in the last picture is sporting wood.

Guess it was a really, REALLY good coaster ride. ::)
Or else, the guy just has a weird kind of fetish. Which might explaing the motivation behind what's in this commerical:http://www.snopes.com/love/video/fart.ram

Tell that guy to take a cold shower and yank his crank or something because it's probably just a cell phone in his pocket ::)

Wow, that thing is insane! 420' high and 120-mph!!!
My wife & I went on Kraken at Sea World last month (our kids said no way). It had 7 inversions and was way cool, I loved it. My wife thought she was going to hurl when she got off (the ride). She didn't like it so much - made her feel sick for the rest of the day.
The Aerosmith Rockin' Roller Coaster at MGM is also pretty cool.

Was he a republican too? Or perhaps from the south?

NO kidding, you guys should take the political/religious crap to an e-mail discussion and not pollute the board with it.
Hint: there's a delete button you can hit to get rid of your posts.
So, who's been on Superman?

Those coasters never quite did it for me. I had a bad tendencey toward motion sickness as a kid, so that meant I felt like crap for a long time after a ride. Nowadays, I read about aneurisms, concussions, and worse. Those new machines pull LOTS of G's.
Gimme a bike any time.

Superman is a pretty good roller coaster. I thought the scariest thing about it was the lack of a shoulder harness. Assuming they haven't changed anything in the last few years you're just held in by a very sturdy lap harness.
For anyone who is really into roller coasters I would recommend a trip to Cedar Point.

I believe they have put them in since that mentally challenged person fell off..

Yeah, I wasn't sure if having someone die on the ride actually forced some design changes. It still should have nice views of the Connecticut River and I don't think added restraints would make it that much less frightening.

Anyone know if Superman was a Republican or a Democrat?

Superman WAS a Republican, until that person got killed, now, with the new restraints he's a Democrat. He NEVER believed in Creationism.

I dunno. Nietzsche's Superman would be kind of flexible politically, but more of an antichrist from a religious perspective. The comic-book Superman was from another planet, so I suppose he'd be carrying his own dogmatic baggage.
One thing is for sure - that poor guy expelled from the ride would never have hit the ground if Clark Kent had been within super-hearing range.
