$550 per month plus 1/2 utilities and will be available within the next week - my current roommate is moving back to Georgia on sudden notice. We share a 2 bedroom duplex within walking distance to downtown Maynard and about a 5 minute drive (so certainly bikeable!) to the South Acton commuter rail station. Offstreet parking and there is plenty of room in the basement for bike stuff. There is super road riding and several places for mountain biking nearby (Stow Town Forest is about 5 min away, Great Brook is about 25 minutes away). Let's see - it is about 10 minutes to Rte 2 and about 20 minutes straight down 117 for access to 128 and the Mass Pike and 20 minutes the other direction to 495. DSL available as well as digital cable in the living room and regular cable in the available bedroom. Room can be furnished or not, depending on your preferences (my roommate is leaving most of her furniture for now at least). I have a 7 year old black lab and my roomate's 4 year old lab mix will also be staying for now. I will emphasize you *must* like dogs - these two are super friendly and will vie for your attention.
