I saw CP's ss commuter bike and it looked very similar to my Univega Supra sport.

Turns out he had one of these when he was in 6th grade!

So I thought I'd post a pic or two for him.

Who else has an old roadie still kickin around?

Man that brings back fond memories. Yeah, 6th grade - I purchased it with paper route money. I think it was like 300 new.

my dad has an old univega. its huge, like a 24" frame or something like that. i want to get it fixed up so i can ride it on occasion. hopefully i wont need to suddenly put my foot down seeing as how i can barely touch the ground on it.

Then again - they do look so simple yet so beautiful in that simplicity it may be a good idea after all. 8)
