Happy Thanksgiving.

Any cooking disasters to report yet?

So far, at 7am I discovered that the 24lb bird hadn't defrosted all the way when we opened him up to stuff...nothing but ice inside. Looks like dinner's gonna be late!

On a good note, my wife just got in, and she placed 5th in her category for the annual turkey trot (road race) this morning. she doesn't know about the frozen turkey incident yet... ;D

And the rain held off for a light pre-dinner ride, at least here in NE CT!

Happy Thanksgiving all! Have fun at the Turkey Burner - I'll be doing mine pre work tomorrow AM. Gotta go eat and prepare for it. Have a good holiday! :)

No cooking diasters Yet. But my Mother in law is doing the cooking so Just give it time , it is in-eviatable

Happy Thanksgiving all, see those of you who are going at the Turkey Burner tomorrow. FWIW: short notice, but if anyone wants to share a ride, I'm leaving from the Worcester MA area and I've got room for at least 1 bike secured in the bed of my truck and others could be loose in the bed, cab fits me +3. Drop me a PM or an email (eammon at gmail dot com) tonight.

I hope everyone had a great turkey day and to thoes of you riding the turkeey burner, I wish I could be there with you all, but work calls. be safe and for gosh sakes have fun out there. ;D
