spinning classes near northampton, ma??

just moved from boston to western mass... and i'm going to be starting work in a week in NOrthampton... I'm trying to find a gym that has god spinning classes in this area... looks like northampton athletic club does, anyone know of any other places, or has anyone been to northampton athletic club? thnx.

Is there a Gold's Gym in the area? I belong to one on the North Shore and they have quite a few.

there is no golds gym in the area, but there is a YMCA and it looks great from what i can tell, plus its pretty cheap ($57 for the wife and I to join) and they have spinning mon-thurs at 5:30...which will be perfect after work...

One of the guys at NAC used to be a wrench at Noho Bike.

In short, the people there have a clue. I'd recommend NAC.

Healthtrax in West Springfield, but it's probably a good 20 miles from Northampton.
