how much travel does it have in front and back? how much use has it seen? Is this bike small enough for me (5'4")?

The bike has 5" of travel front and rear in its current setup.

It is in excellent condition. I rode it pretty regularly for 1.5 years - but I have since updated the swing arm and rear link - re-built the rear shock - and just repalced all the bearings. It has the expected wear - but nothing that would effect ride quality or usefull life - this is a handmade-in-the-USA frame of excellent quality that has not seen abuse.

It should be fine for your height. I am 5'6" and ride it in the 2nd to the longest top tube setting. I have it set up for my wife (she doesn't ride - hence the sale) she is 5' 3". I also have a 4" travel kit for the fork - if you prefer a lower/shorter travel bike.
