Thursday morning 11/18: We were trail running, north side of Middlesex Fells, had left some layers (red EMS windbreaker, 2 blue fleece vests (one with a car key in the pocket), 1 orange Salomon shirt, 2 old fleece mittens, at base of tree at trail intersection.
10 minutes later the stuff was gone. The orange shirt was probably still warm when it was picked up!
We hadn't abandoned our clothing; we'd just gotten warm.
We did pass 3 mountain bikers; if ya'll saw the stuff, please let me know. We're riding in the Fells tomorrow to look for the stuff, very inconvenient though as I'm already horribly late to work today b/c we had to get someone to jimmy my friend's car open since her key was stolen with her vest.
Also I got pretty cold at the end of my run, with my layers gone. :(
