Hey digital NEMBA-membahs.
Looking for any honest feedback on the article I wrote for the latest Singletracks mag: the one about riding in Finale Ligure, Italy.
Boring? Too long? Too short? Narrative too linear?
Did you get a feeling for the place after reading?? Any suggestions and criticisms welcome.

Thanks! Just trying to improve my writing.

PS COLD commute in today.
PPS Coonamessett Ecocross on Sunday was a hoot. Gotta love the beer tent. It was a great reminder of how fast some people are (or how slow I am...).

Actually, I'm planning a vacation in the next 4 mos or so and I will include mtb'ing. Your trip sounded great. Italy is awesome. Did you randomly meet those people over there (Jaqui) or did you plan on meeting them?

Overall, I'd say it was a very good article and got me fired up to ride, eat, and drink.

It sounded like a great trip. Makes me want to call my cousins outside of Naples and tell them to expect a visitor. I thought you did a great job on the article (and I was a journalism major at Emerson).

thanks! We met them randomly, but I did a little bit of research beforehand. Serendipity makes things taste better.

I read it with interest.

Tangentially, meeting Phelan would be equivalent to having died and gone to heaven in my world...
