The first new trail at Elm Brook, US Army Corps of Engineers management area in Hopkinton NH has been approved. The go ahead for construction is expected this week.

The first trail will be an open and flowing singletrack that will be great for beginner and intermediate riders and starts at the entrance to the park. I plan to do some brush cutting and defining the trail as long as conditions permit. If anyone would like to do a few hours work on a weekend let me know.

A second trail will be under consideration before spring, this trail will be more advanced. It is my goal to complete the 2 trails next year. This will add about 3 miles to the existing trails in the area.
