I started messing around with taking video using my digicam. This one is of the trail I built around my house. Well actually just the back part of the trail. My son did the camera work.

I have a 24M version of the video which looks a lot better, I have to work out a way to get that much data hosted somewhere. This one at 14M has much worse resolution.

This trail is just something I fool around on when I have a spare 10 minutes or whatever. Its not the most technically challenging thing I've ridden or could make. I will say that the occasional 10 minutes here and there have helped my abilities a great deal - especially on riding skinnies.

click on MTB videos

Right click on TATH3a, "save as" then you're good to go.

I'd be interested to hear your opinions, I'm also curious to see if Yahoo shuts down if too many people download it.

I tried to download it (I'm at UNH, very fast connection) and it was going to take over an hour...so I didn't. Ask Toddski and Pufdup where they hosted theirs....

Something's wrong, John. Downloading at less than 2kb/sec.

I'd love to see it, but not that much..... ;D

yeah, I have a lead on a better place to store it. I'll check it out tomorrow and let you guys know if it works.

Since you can't see it, let me tell you - its probably one of the best MTB videos ever made. ;D

It'll be a big hit on the Jisch channel - "All Jisch, all the Time"

And big on LESC, the Less than Extreme Sports Channel. They are in negotiations for the rights as I post. ;D

Downloaded it, pretty cool. I'm building stuff kinda like that in my yard, too.

Just downlaoded it in about four minutes at about 55kb/sec. on a DSL line.

Looks kool, I'd like to learn to that kind of stuff with a camera.
