the sunday ride is fun. slow paced more freeride oriented ride. they dont push you to do anything you dont want to do. nam is in milford so depending on where you live its close or a long haul. totally worth it though.

Couple questions:
Is there directions anywhere? Is this an every sunday deal? How longs the ride ussually last and how many ppl show up?
Whats the Terrain like?
Sorry about all the question, its not that they all really matter, I'm just curious as I would like to go sometime with my brother. Maybe him and I will come down this sunday.
Let me know

495 to exit 20 (rt. 85 in milford). if you are coming from the south take a left off the exit, if north take a right. about a half mile down the road there will be a Wendy's. pull into Wendys and behind it there is a vacant lot. we all park there.
rides usually last 3-4 hours. pretty much trail/freeriding. no xc hammerring for us. we ride some pretty tech stuff but most everything has work-arounds. groups vary from 4-15 an we ride there every sunday at ususally 9. best bet is to check trailboard section at www.bustedspoke.com (http://www.bustedspoke.com)

i ride wompatuck alot, it's a great place. feel free to explore it on your own, just get a map first at the main building. otherwise you'll probably end up getting lost.

You are so close to wampatuck. Broad St to High St across rt 228 to Free St. Get a free map at the admin bldg., trails are well marked. Arrive on a Sunday morning and many groups are going out if you want to tag along. I prefer Blue Hills, a little north in Milton. I ride from my house. Tours available usually Sat afternoons to dusk for me.

You could do the trail maintenance day this saturday at Blue Hills. All the best people from your area will be there, there is sure to be a ride after, and you could win a new bike.

The 'cross races in Gloucester are reported to be a LOT of fun to spectate. Bring a picnic lunch & hang out.
Also on Sunday is the Wicked ride @ Harold Parker. I had a lot of fun at that last year...
