Sure i can. Anything left on the grill long enough, eventually becomes no-fat. But it will taste like dust. Salty, smoky dust. And i could never do that to you, we are what we eat and I'll not have it said i made an ash out of anyone.

Hey Bill,
Just in case you don't get the email I sent, Tom and I will be there for dinner. No camping for us - me and a tent just aren't compatible at the moment so we've got a motel room.
Let me know if you want us to bring a dessert or an appetizer.

This is gaining momentum in the final week. Please keep track of the growing number of attendees and adjust quantity of food brought to match.
Remember this is byob and bring your own plate/cup/silverware.
If anyone has a charcoal grill they can bring that would be helpfull.
This is going to be great.

Going Shopping tonight for rare herbs and exotic oils. I picked up the brisket and babybacks at the ButcherBoy last night.
What are all the campers doing for breakfast? Pancakes and eggs would not be too hard.

Holy smokes Bill you are going all out for this feast.
I am still on the fence about what to do. Go to NEMBA-JustBill Fest or Maine for the weekend.
If I do decide to go to NEMBA when is the last RSVP time?
Greg
September 9th, 2004, 11:10 AM
if you are going to camp then the rules and vacancy of the campground would dominate.
As for our little feast. No rsvp is needed. I expect strangers and friends alike to show up unanounced, bearing food and drink to share.

NEMBAfest with Chefbill vs. Weekend in Maine
No Contest. Event the folks from Maine are going to be at NEMBAfest. The question is can Chefbill outdue the turkey he cooked last year? You will only find out by being there.

I think Chefbill outdid himself this time.
Amazing feast, amazing fest. Those of you that missed it missed a really great weekend.
After all that food...and more food... and even MORE food... and those mojitos and watermelon margaritas, I am surprised I could finish that ride Sunday.
Good hangin' with you all.

I didnt make it Sat for camp Justbill but I did go Sunday for the day. There were lots of forum folks in attendance. Hooked up with Z, Todd, Gleece and several other folks and hit the trails. Speaking of trails the loop was great. I did the full loop and it was a shade over 25 miles, more twists, turns, ups and downs that anyone could ask for. Great venue, great weather, great trails. I brought my GPS on the trail, tonight I will download the tracks and post the map.
