trails in or around stowe?

I am taking my bike to stowe for the first time next week. I'm looking for downhill and xc trails, is there dh at stowe?any help would be appreciated. thanks

Stop in to see the guys at Foot of the Notch bike shop in Jeffersonville, they may be able to help you out. Local knowledge is almost priceless so help him out by buyin somthin. As far as I know there are some trails up in stowe, but dont think the ski area has DH spicific trails. Though if you are in the mood for a hill climb there's the toll road to the top of Mt.Mansfield, the veiws are great. Also take at look at Mtbr.com they have trail reviews for VT and stowe.
