It's time again for the ECNASSCofU - East Coast North American Single Speed Championships of the Universe - Part Deux.

It might be a long trip, but well worth it! Last year was incredible, some really great, long, and technical singletrack.

I was down riding these trails just two weeks ago and the
Mt Nittany Wheelworks gang has done a great job of
getting them ready for the race.

If you've never ridden Rothrock State forest near State College PA , this is your chance to experience some of the areas finest trails and ride with some great folks for only $20
(food and drink included after race)

Weather is looking good too :D

I was down there last year for the Wilderness 101 and I concur that the trails ROCK ! Literally... I've never seen more rocks in one place before. The ride through the pitch black rr tunnels at mile 96 were perfectly timed to screw with your head too. Wonder if they'll be on one of the stages this year.

I had the ECNASSCofU on the event calendar this year but it's not going to happen. Maybe next time.

Definitely! Some of the best (but yes rocky) trails in the area. Be sure to stop by and say hello, I'm camping out with MORE - http://www.more-mtb.org - at the camping grounds.

hey mtbtom,

No tunnels since they are over near Coburn (Bald Eagle State Forest). If you guys come down for Wilderness 101 a day early, we can hit some of the trails of the ECNASSCU that aren't in W101.

Too bad you & R can't make it this year. You would esp like the go-kart finale !
