OK I know this is the definiton of preaching to the choir and goes without saying but.... I was just out running at lunch and the woods around here (Franklin, MA) are really soggy and soft. If you're in SE Mass and RI you may want to wait until Sunday to hit the woods. The trails should be in good shape if the rest of today and Friday and Saturday are dry and sunny. On the plus side we are at or above our water levels in most areas.
