FYI, you can get the Black Elite for $232 at Sierra Trading Post -- brand new, with warranty.

this fork is under warranty and match that price.

Drew, I'm not trying to say that you're out to shaft anybody, just that you might want to think about lowering your price. Your fork will not be under warranty to a second purchaser, plus, it has been broken in shipment. My guess is it's worth about $100, maybe a bit less. Unfortunately, I know all about bike and bike part economics -- I've been trying to sell a really great hardtail for about $600 and nobody's interested, even though it cost well over twice that.
