Since it was the first group ride since taking off the studded tires, we were concerned with the possible toxicity of the soil.

AA heroically volunteered to do some sampling..... with his head!

My face is still all stingy and hurty......For a true face plant I came out ok, I'm sure I didnt do any permanent brain damage. However I am having trouble remembering little things. For example I put salt in my coffee, packed a can of catfood for lunch and I forgot to wear pants to work today. Other than that I'm ok.

It was a pretty dramatic crash. Good thing the ground was a little soft.


Too bad it was an area where folks had walked their dogs all winter long. That sure was some gamey smelling "soil" that AA sampled ;)

Crikey you guys are brutal....You Crash and theres a camera
right there in your face. You betta make sure you bring an extra roll of film if I get a ride with you. 8)
