in the market for a great frame to build up? need a bigger frame? want to upgrade to a better frame? keep reading.
i'm selling a 2001 jamis komodo frame. size: 21". it's in good condition, just the few normal scratches, no dents or cracks. i bought it about a year ago. it's a phenominal trail frame and has gotten great reviews: http://jamisbikes.com/reviews/reviewsFrames.html . it's light enough to be raced but burly enough to be a clydesdale trail frame. great geomoetry.
comes with an lx front drlr and titec hellbent seatpost and qr seatpost collar
keep in mind that this is the 2001 frame. it was designed as a trailbike where the 2003 was designed as a freeride hardtail. alos i bought my as a frame and built it up so it's the limited edition version of the komodo, which means that it has brake studs for rim brakes, as well as the ISO disc mount.
i'm looking for $230 for the frame, but am willing to consider trades or any decent offer.
if you are replacing your old frame or have a parts kit already that you want built up, bring your old bike or parts kit to me and i'll build it up for. i'll do free labor switching over the parts. or if you want to build it up yourself (it's real fun) but need the headset pressed in or bottom bracket installed, just bring them to me at time of purchase. i'll install them for free (i work in a bikeshop and have the special tools)
